"Went through the drive through tonight around 11 P.M. Skip was working the window and intercom taking orders. Not only was he rude (as always) but he also cussed and was complaining to me about how much he hates his job. It seems like he is never in a good mood. On top of the horrible customer service, multiple items were incorrect and made wrong. This place is trash."
"HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location we live in greenback & we drive to this one because our Food is ALWAYS fresh & they ALWAYS get my order right! Also want to say that being KIND & saying like your doing a fantastic job or simply say thank you does go along way! If anyone has ever worked fast food on head set it's extremely hard when your running a cash register & taking orders at the same time taco bell is one of those places that has to do that most don't know but that's why I do Google reviews to help people"
"What's funny is we decided to go to this one bc the one closer to home isn't that great. The dining area was closed so we had to drive through. The food tasted funny, like the sour cream was old or something. They were prob just having an off day."
"The late night crew at this location are absolute garbage. If they don't want to work, they shouldn't be there. It's currently 230am on a Friday night when they're open until 5am... but they don't say anything when you pull up to the ordering window and when you finally get them to speak to you, they do it with a terrible attitude. It's a shame too because they're the only food around. I drove off and won't be back."
