Even with sales the prices are expensive and the clothing looks and feels cheap. What I’ve purchased doesn’t last and isn’t that much different than Walmart…..except the price tag. No thanks."

"Love the product but have waited almost a calendar year on a gift card that could be spent. While those issues were being resolved the items o had on hold were sold. Madeline is a liar! Just deal with other people when you go to lucky. Very dissatisfied band disappointed! Now Jacob at corporate is telling me gift cards are non refundable and he submitted a ticket. I will be waiting 3-5 biz days for someone to maybe contact me. Do your loved ones a favor and don't purchase gift cards from Lucky, because if you need help you will not get it from a store or from corporate. This is a company that doesn't care about what's right just taking your money!"

"I love Lucky clothes but half the time the in store experience is disappointing. I visited and the staff barely said hello. My partner tried to exchange a pair of pants, but the cashier didn't listen and returned them. The in store does not accept returns from online and the cashier did not say this until the return was complete and so my partner couldn't even keep the pants because he couldn't reverse the transaction. Usually I love this place and have had helpful staff, but this was not a good experience."
