"Extremely rude employee! He talked down to me, was condescending and told me I should shop somewhere for old people. I was shopping for my grandchildren. Tried asking advice from this man that actually looked dirty and smelled. I believe I heard another employee refer to him as Nate or Nathan? I enjoy leaving good reviews but, felt you should know about your rude employee. I will not go back. I’m the customer with the money that will happily spend it elsewhere. My advice - know who you hire before actually hiring them. If it’s the same person, I’ve been told other people have complained about him too."

"The employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went to the cash wrap/register to ask for some assistance and after saying excuse me several times, the employee in front of me refused to even acknowledge me, instead joking and talking to his coworker. i remained for several moments, thinking he was just preoccupied but he continued to ignore me. I don’t ever leave bad reviews unless it’s exceptionally bad because i work in retail and understand how busy/stressful it can get but being blatantly ignored while he went to help a white customer who had came after me, as a black woman i feel the need to make these reviews for other minorities."

"My mom and I went Christmas shopping yesterday and the assistant manager and Haley were the first ones on shift. Haley was so extremely helpful and informative with our shopping and decision making. The assistant manager was so very friendly as well. Great store and great atmosphere."
