"The food was fine, but I got all the way home and realized they didn't give me my son's happy meal at all. Had to go back out during Snowmageddon to the other McDonald's close to home to replace his food and pay for it again."

"I have never ever left a review but after trying to contact this mcdonald’s location for 20 plus minutes after getting home with my mobile order I found a BITE taken out of my mcgriddle with some kind of stain on it? I am absolutely SHOCKED that when I went to eat my food I saw someone got to it before me. let alone that it took almost 15 minutes to get my food out at the curbside spot. I’m sure they could’ve been upset that they had to go outside but I have never had my food sabotaged before and i’m disappointed and disgusted in this location. It’s not the first time i’ve had a problem here either. One time I ordered through the drive through and there was a worker that reeked so badly of bo that the smell lingered in my car after leaving the window with my food…leaving me too grossed out to even eat my food (and the order was wrong but who’s surprised?)"

"Every single time I go here there has been an issue with my order. From leaving something off to cold food. Today is the last time I will be going to this location. Last week we got cold burgers. The cheese was dried and hard. We gave them back at the window and they gave us new ones that was hot and made fresh. Time before that they left 3 items off my order. Today....I order McDoubles and get 1 pattie on each burger. What is going on at this place? I work in a restaurant and this location has been one of the worst I've been to. If your local just go to Alcoa Highway location or Burger King. They do a much better job at getting food out hot and accurate."

"We ordered from an online deal on the McDonald's app. Apparently that frustrated someone because when we left the drive thru our sandwiches were absolutely loaded with salt and pepper. I have never in 40 years had a saltier burger. I can understand a mistake but this was intentional."
