"Echoing another reviewer— service has gone DOWNHILL in recent months. I never had a problem with forgotten items before, and now it’s every time. The first time, I called and they took my name and told me to “let them know when you come next.” Yeah, that was a disaster. The cashier had to void the meal, which then resulted in another forgotten item—but I checked before leaving. When I went in, a manager yelled at two workers about missing items, so I guess this is a known issue. Now I’m home from another visit and… no mac and cheese for my kids. So that’s another 30 minutes to drive out there to get my original item. I’m fed up. Interestingly, if I order from DoorDash, no issues. I suspect that’s because DD will refund my money directly for missing or incorrect items. Y’all need to fix whatever process or person issue ASAP."

"Friendly, clean and great play place. Drive thru experience lately has gone down hill. Had to go back TWICE a couple days ago. Something seems to always be forgotten. Always double check at this location before driving off."

"Greeted me with a smile and I was very impressed with the quality of professionalism. The whole process was very smooth and I made the order in the Staples parking lot. In no time I drove over to pick up my order and it was ready promptly. It was a great quick meal to tie me over til dinner. Thanks for all your hard work."
