Wendy's

"This could be the most inefficient Wendy's location in America ‼️. Could not get the order at even though I was articulating it very well, had to correct them multiple times. I'm glad the computer screen was showing what she was punching in so I could correct her. Told her my name was John twice. She spelled it. Don twice. The taco salad had no dressing, I'm glad we ate in so I could at least go up and beg for some. As far as the food, well I love Wendy's chili so they got a five star on that one. Dave's single with cheese was okay, however, the bun was not steamed. Stores like this one should be closed down until they can find employees that know how to function."

"I got here 15 minutes before my kids lunch at Lewisville Elementary School. -just enough time to order some fast food, and get to my daddy-daughter date on time. It took this Wendy's 26 minutes to make my food! And I had to ask for my drinks because they forgot. And I had to ask for my honey mustard because they forgot. I also got an extra sandwich, without explanation. -which shouldn't be a negative, except that it's yet another testimony to their disorganization... that I got someone else's food too. Please fire the tweakers so you can run a respectable business."

"The food was not the best. The fries were overcooked. The new berger didn't impress me very much, but that wasn't their fault. The TV was off. I didn't want it on but the kids did. Some of the drinks were not available, which is normal, it just added to the experience. I'm sure next time I come it'll be a better experience."

"English muffin was straight out the bag, cold and hard!! There was a warm place where the hot egg touched it. Lol. Waited long time, but the car in front of me was still waiting when I pulled off."

"Just went through the drive through. Took way longer than needed with very poor service. You would hope at least your food would be warm if you had to wait that long. Nope. Order was wrong, didnt get receipt, burgers tasted like the were under a warming lamp for 20+ mins. Fries were the worst ive ever gotten from anywhere. They were stale and cold. They were literally brown. Looked as though they had been re-fried at least 3 times or more. This place used to be a go to about 7+ years ago, but has slowly declined into the very sad state it is in now. Rating is only 93! This place needs to bulldoze, clean house and start over!"
