"Typically the best pizza in my area, Tonight we had a pizza delivered that tasted very off. A very strong odd taste. I am not the type of person that ever complains about food, and I certainly did not want a refund. But the taste was so odd that I felt obligated to call and tell them. The lady on the phone made it very awkward, did not offer to let me speak to a manager or anything. Customer service is incredibly important and this is a great example as to why. Now I have no idea if they’ve changed their recipe or if it was just a one off. Either way, they lost a customer."
