"Let me say that when my order was messed up and not done properly I had the pleasure of dealing with the assist with the managers Drew and z and between the both of them they made sure that my order got out when it needed to be Drew knew he wouldn't be there the next day instructed Z to be able to have things taken care of when I got there and the meal was swiftly prepared by all of the personnel which did a great job and five star service all the way"

"I went by here at 5 p.m., and NOTHING was fresh! The chicken was warm, but I had definitely been sitting for a while, and the fries were cold and hard as rocks. I also received sausage gravy with my mashed potatoes! How?! Ya'll want to charge $30 for 8 piece family meal, and that's the best you can do?!"

"No one on the register, had to wait until the employees stopped arguing about who was doing what. After waiting 10 minutes plus for my order, the customers still had to listen to the bickering in the back. This used to be a great place for service. The food quality, the service, the staff, are terrible now! What happened?"

"Decent service at best, but the big thing...hint, it's not the supremes. If you're going to charge 12 dollars for a 5 piece supreme, you should at least try and standardize the size of them. Not paying that much for stale, dry nugget pieces."

"People are complaining of bugs in their drinks? I’m absolutely astounded at how someone could testify against extra protein in their daily consumption. And about the raw food. Seriously? I’ve been eating at this fine establishment for years, and haven’t gotten sick. The food has built up an immunity in my body that no bacteria could pierce. I’m still giving 5 stars because of the life saving properties this food has, but please stop being stingy with spices on the fries. -mattie"
