"Accidentally ended up here with my kids & was pleasantly surprised. The food was phenomenal & we all loved it. Tony was our server & he was great. It was a perfect experience food wise & at first i thought this was going to be a bad review, but the food & Tony's service would not allow me. Our only negative issue was the host ( guy at the door) was rude. I could go into detail about ignoring & dismissing us, but I'll just say he was rude. I almost left, but we were 2 hours from home and the kids were hungry. So we stayed & thought this will be my first bad review. But the place was clean and the food was delicious. I won't let him ruin the experience. We really loved the food! Undecided about a future visit though."

"All the food we had was delicious. The waitress was very nice and kind. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Me and my family have been there a few times and it's always great. Please add blooming onion and hush puppy to the menu."

"Edit: after asking me to contact them directly I still have yet to hear back from them after weeks. I will never step foot in this or any of their other owned establishments and would suggest you don’t either. They also own Dodge city and shortstops. First off I want to say we used to love eating here. We’ve not been in a few months, so we were excited to have time to eat a meal here. We had an issue with our waitress today, Jenna L. I needed a minute to decide on what I wanted to eat after our drinks were brought to us. 10-15 minutes later a different waitress saw that we were waiting to put our order in. She acknowledged us and asked us if we were ready to order and proceeded to go get our waitress. A few minutes later our waitress came to our table and from that moment on she acted like she had a chip on her shoulder to us. We eventually got our food, much to our disappointment was mediocre. Then we waited….. and waited….. and waited for the waitress to come back by so my wife could get a box. Eventually the waitress showed her face passing us by to help other tables, we continued to wait. Finally she walked up to our table and slapped the bill down and immediately walked away, as she was walking away and my wife ask her for a box. She snapped back at my wife that she would bring one. While we were waiting this time I started to look at the bill. Since the last time we were there there has been a “NON CASH ADJUSTMENT 3%” charge added to our bill, even though I was going to pay cash. I had heard a customer ask about their bill earlier in our visit and I believe this was the reason for their question as well. So when she showed back up I asked for that to be refunded when I handed her my cash. She agreed to refund it, WITH ATTITUDE. So I had to wait again for her to go and get my change. After she returned we finally got to leave. We do not plan on returning if things remain the way they were today."
