"The food is always delicious but I can’t tell you how many times I went to order and realized that it is after 8pm. They desperately need to extend their hours especially for Friday and Saturday nights. I don't even get off work until 7 so I just barely miss them many many times due to them closing so early."

"I love Italian food, and Amalfis is one of the best choices around. However, I have had issues before, but it has not been enough to keep me away. The food is usually good, the wait staff is friendly, and the fresh bread is amazing. Lately, I have had an issue with my food being cooked too quickly, causing a burnt taste to the crust. It has also taken 40+ minutes for a simple ham calazone the last couple of times I have gotten one, and I would not worry about it, but for the price, I have higher expectations. Also, the restaurant is very small and often has long wait times because of it. Also, staff are very busy, so they seem burnt out while trying to remain friendly. Overall, it is a great place to get Italian food in the area, and typically, the food is quality."

"I'm thankful to have real Italian food in my area. The food is sometimes hit or miss on consistency. Sometimes what you order may look totally different another day. They started skimping on meat portions, after covid, to the point I don't go as frequently. Because of this, the meals are just mostly breads and pasta and this is a treat instead of a balanced meal. The bread is always fresh and good. Service is always good. Lunch prices are great. I initially gave you 5 stars and changed it 3 because of your ignorant response."

"Honestly a solid choice. On the bread alone - 5 stars. Nothing yummier. Drinks were brought quickly. The rest of the dinner service took a little long, but good things take time. I tried the special - butternut squash and pancetta manicotti in Alfredo sauce. Something different for sure, and good. Flavors worked and if traditional manicotti with cheese and marinara isn't your thing, I'd recommend this dish. Tomato basil soup was alright. Seems like everyone else at my table was pleased with their choices too. Our server was friendly as well."

"Ordered a hot turkey sub and it was absolutely ON POINT. The hotel I was staying at recommended this place and it did not disappoint. Also ordered a small pepperoni pizza and it was excellent. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Wilkesboro! Thanks for making my dinner so good!"
