Plaza Del Sol

"I have eaten here roughly four times, and my experience has been extremely underwhelming every single time. Staff is pretty rude and aloof, rarely greeting you when you initially walk in and minimally (if at all) talking to you as they lead you unceremoniously to a table. Food here is decent--it's about what you'd expect for the price point of Tex Mex in this area. There are a lot of options, but the vegetarian items aren't quite as good as what you can find in other Mexican restaurants nearby. The one area where I will say Plaza Del Sol excels is with its drinks. I think these are the best priced margaritas and mixed drinks that you'll find, and they're all VERY tasty. Neither my partner nor I were impressed with service or food, but we do find the building to be pretty and liked the drink menu. This wouldn't be our first choice as a place to dine in the area, but it isn't the worst option."

"This place has so many amazing decorations. The food is always so good. This is my family’s favorite date spot. The service however is a bit slow. Very considerate, people however! Awesome place! But slow to get your food and drinks!"

"Stopped in for lunch on our way to a cabin in the mountains for a little getaway. Hubby had the Speedy Gonzales lunch special and I had a chicken burrito. We were both happy with our entrees. The chips & salsa were good but the salsa could have used a little more heat. Service was good and they were fast. We would eat here again if we come back to this neck of the woods."
