"Drive-thru is a robot Doordasher just trying to pick up order they cover the receipt with the safety sticker and then asked if they missed anything I mentioned they missed a Cherry Coke and they proceeded to hand it to me and then say they didn't see that on the order like I wanted it im just trying to work!"
"Astrid in store at counter, no service and no one in sight. Called and MANAGER states she is sick of answering the phone. Proceeds to go in office and still does not answer the phone. I am literally calling from the front counter to get service and she refuses to answer the call, or acknowledge that an order needs to be taken. Worst experience in Wilkes!"

"The managers will throw their hand in your face when you try to talk to them to get any kind of understanding about what you need to be doing. If you don’t understand they will speak to you like you are a child and make you out to be the issue. They have no respect for any of their workers and if you try to stand up for yourself or ask for respect in return they refuse and fire you."
