Made me feel uncomfortable and they were both cocky. They really try to upsell instillation services and pricing that comes along with that . Much better off just getting something from online dealer."

"I called Vermont Castings and was provided with information to call Mountain Home for service to my wood stove that was in the house I bought 3 years ago. Mountain Hearth informed me that if I couldn't prove the stove was purchased from them they don't service. I called Vermont Castings back and got another dealer, but told them if Mountain Hearth was their "platinum dealer" they could probably do better."
