It was pricey compared to other vacuums I've had over the years but worth it--great suction and maneuverability. They're relatively quiet and easy to clean; the internal storage for attachments doesn't get dusty; and they're quieter than most vacuums. I'm very glad I purchased this in Boone rather than buying online. Anytime I've had a question Lyn has the answer, and she definitely knows her products."
