"Lyn at A1 Vacuum in Boone at Shadowline is the best. Always helpful and knowledgeable about the vacuums she sells. I got a top of the line Miele in 2021 or 2022. It was pricey compared to other vacuums I've had over the years but worth it--great suction and maneuverability. They're relatively quiet and easy to clean; the internal storage for attachments doesn't get dusty; and they're quieter than most vacuums. I'm very glad I purchased this in Boone rather than buying online. Anytime I've had a question Lyn has the answer, and she definitely knows her products."

"Doug at A1 Vacuum in Huntersville far exceeded our customer service expectations! Our vacuum broke unexpectedly the day we received brand new carpet throughout our house. Oh no! Not a day to have that happen. Doug not only took our vacuum in for repair but let us borrow his demo vacuum so that we would not be without. It took almost three weeks for the part we needed to arrive; we used his demo vacuum the entire time. We only hope we did not cost him any sales.
