"Had two different sectionals delivered, one which fell off the truck and was damaged and the first one delivered at 9 PM at night, with a cracked frame. I tried to give them a chance and I feel I was very nice, but I would never buy anything from them again! It’s a shame the manager was even laughing when he was on the phone with me… I would go somewhere else! Very Discouraging especially when you ordered a Month ahead!!!"

They are genuinely good, kind people who are focused on ensuring their customers are happy and satisfied. Not only that, they are experienced and competent at delivering furniture to your mountain home. We initially ordered from another company that is not local and they refused to drive their truck down our steep mountain road. I am glad that it worked out that way in the end, because we like the furniture we got from Badcock better anyway. This local business is your best bet for the high country!"

"My wife and I went to Badcock today, honestly looking to just kill time. We were greeted immediately by a salesman named Rich, he was not pushy, answered our questions, was very knowledgeable about what furniture would be best for our large dog. Once he had thoroughly explained the options available, we were left to look around. We spent about 45 minutes trying different pieces out because they had a large selection which was very nice as well as a clearance section in the back. We had no intention of buying today but we found a sofa we really liked and because of the sale going on we got 2 Sofa's for a big bargain. The financing process was so fast and easy and we recieved a great rate. The warranties that badcock offered were very good and setting up delivery was so easy. We never felt pressure to buy and will be going back in the future and will be doing more business with Rich @ Badcock of Boone."
