Starbucks

"This is the 3rd time my husband and I have been to this location. This last visit was enough for us to never come back! The staff was rude, unfriendly, and careless. I called the store to complain to the manager (in which I got the assistant supervisor). All she said was, "Yeah.. I'll talk to them." There was no, "I am so sorry that happened! I will make certain this doesn't happen again." You could tell she was part of the problem and inconsiderate of my feelings. She seemed "real concerned" with how I felt. She was also very understanding and nice (totally kidding). Eye roll! Never again! It would have been different had we been rude or mean or even out of line with our order, but we are always so nice, and we even use our manors!"

"Starbucks needs a new slogan “great coffee, disgusting restrooms.” Lobby dirty too. See pic of window sill next to me. 9 people working. Lots of “stand and wait” moments. Yet no one ventures out to care for the customer areas. Its not just this location. Lack of attention to customer areas is consistent Starbucks thing. :("

Customer service isn’t an easy job and I’m sure they put up with countless rude customers, but whenever I am there they always have the best attitude. You are all amazing and deserve the best. "Friendly staff and great service, nice ambience. Drive Thru is always crowded with cars. I will suggest go for dining instead of waiting. Limited parking for cars around 8-10 cars."
