Having a pediatrician like her available within 15 minutes of calling for an urgent appointment is priceless. Our experience has been consistently positive, making them our go-to pediatrician for quality care."

"We are officially searching for a new pediatrician as a result of the mismanagement by the front office. They are completely incompetent. after 2 years with no improvement, I strongly caution anyone expecting to be seen without billing errors, egregious wait times, and rude staff."

"I have been bringing my teen son here for 3 years and the doctors and staff have always been great. I’m taking the time to write this review today because the team went out of their way to get my sons forms completed same day so he could stay on his basketball team. My son may have misplaced the forms done earlier in school year and Felix at the front desk was so responsive and helpful in ensuring it was done yesterday. When one form was still missing I sent my son to have that form done and they completed it while he waited. I really appreciate their assistance in this. It’s hard teaching teens responsibility and I think the store my son was under realizing he may not be able to play with his team taught him a valuable lesson but the staff really helped to make this situation less stressful. Thank you!"

"I have taken my kids here for 2 years now and somehow I managed to just go through with them despite the inconveniences and unprofessionalism I have experienced. Some of the doctors are not as bad, however this whole office is very inexperienced. I would not recommend this office if you would like to have smooth visits with 2+ kids."

Since proHealth took over this office has caused nothing but stress to our family and although we tried all this time to stick with them because of the doctors we have no choice but to leave. Worst front desk ever! Nurses are mean and so rough with the children. She forced a covid test so hard up my daughters nose she made her bleed. I can make a list of all the things we’ve been through with this staff and we’re sad to say bye to the doctors but enough is enough."
