"My experience with the service at Kips Bay Endoscopy Center has been commendable – the staff truly shines with their dedication and professionalism. However there's room for improvement. Specifically, on two separate occasions, I received invoices even after I had cleared my dues. When I called to clarify, they confirmed no balances remained. Addressing these specific oversights can help ensure an even smoother experience for patients in the future."
"The wait time was way too long. The receptionist was great with addressing my concerns, but I felt like I shouldn't have to keep asking about my appointment time, someone should've called me to see front and explained the situation. Also, I have a chronic medical condition and the doctor told me that I didn't have to have another colonoscopy for 10 years, which is incorrect for someone who my medical issues. I felt as if the doctor brushed me off. Then the anesthesiologist had the audacity to ask me if I were an IV drug user because he couldn't find any veins...I was dehydrated!!"
"Top notch service! Everyone was friendly and professional. Before my procedure, I was given a warm blanket because they saw that I was cold. Everyone introduced themselves so that you knew precisely who was working on me. After a great nap (anesthesia), I was offer water or apple juice. Everyone did a great job of making sure that I was comfortable and safe."
