"I walked in bleeding from my head, with a huge lump, a twisted neck and dizziness after fainting and the receptionist was rude and careless. There were a few people in the waiting room, but not too many. I sat there bleeding profusely for 40 minutes before they called me in. They took my vitals and I waited and waited while the doctors and staff took their sweet time joking around in the hallway about God knows what. I left and went elsewhere where I found out I needed stitches immediately and had a pulled neck muscle and a concussion. I’ve never sued anyone in my life, but this was negligence and they should be shut down."

"Initially I thought this place was great. They saw me quickly, and the provider gave me guidance and tips that were helpful. However the basic staff is disorganized, immature and unprofessional. I didn't get my results as promised so I called and they sent me a password protected file without a password. I called several other times to learn the the password was "1234." They got snippy and hung up on me, saying I was rude. I continued to call all morning and they would not pick up, presumably they can see my phone number. I had to walk over there to get my flu results, which were not included on the password protected doc. The woman at the front was rude and refused to give her name when I asked. I wasted tons of time on what should have been a very straightforward exchange and received very poor service. Don't waste your time, just go elsewhere."
