"I’VE BEEN COMING TO CENTRO MÉDICO DOMINICANO. SINCE I WAS 5 YEARS OLD. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH RESPECT, UNTIL TODAY. ADRIANA WHO IS AT TGE FRONT DESK ON THE 4th FLOOR SPOKE TO ME IN A DEROGATORY TONE SIMPLY BECAUSE I DID NOT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I CAME TO VISIT THE EYE DOCTOR. SHE RAISED HER VOICE AND SPOKE TO ME IN A CONDESCENDING MANNER. I EXPLAINED TO HER, THAT THERE IS NO REASON FOR HER TO ADDRESS ME IN THIS MANNER. SHE ALSO SPOKE TO OTHER PATIENTS IN THE SAME MANNER. WHEN I TOLD HER, THAT SHE NEEDS TO BE PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING, SHE RESPONDED BY SAYING THAT SHE HAS BEEN WORKING HERE FOR OVER 5 YEARS. IN OTHER WORDS, THERES NOTHING YIU CAN DO ABOUT IT. ALSO, ANOTHER PATIENT EXPRESSED CONCENS ABOUT ADRIANA WRITING HER DATE OF BIRTH AND NAME WHERE OTHER PEOPLE CAN SEE IT, & ADRIANA RESPONDED, THAT ITS THE PROCESS & SHE NEEDS TO DO IT IN THIS MANNER. I TOTALLY FIND THIS PROCESS INAPPROPRIATE, ESPECIALLY WHEN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IS THERE FOR OTHER PATIENTS TO SEE. THANKS & HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY CONCERNS."

"It is useless to even come here for any medical reason. You might as well change your doctor and go to a different clinic. Horrible service and insane wait times. You supposedly make an appointment but they treat it as order of arrival. You will get there before the place even opens up at 8 am and would be lucky to get out by 3 pm. You call them 50 times and they have you waiting on the line for 30 minutes, once they pick up, they hang up on you. Happens everytime. No sense of organization. They seem to just focus on getting as many patients as they can compromising patient care and quality. No regard for anyone's time. This place needs to be shut down."

"Very bad service. Nobody answer calls, left manymessages nobody returned calls. To get a simple prescription turn to be a nightmare."

"This has to be the absolute most unprofessional clinic ever! The main problem here indeed are the receptionists, the Mexican looking one to be exact(pale skin, long black hair). She acts stuck up and is inattentive of those waiting in line or of those who’s she’s already called over to the window. The wait time is absurd; doesn’t matter how early you arrive, guarantee you’ll be there for 2-5 hours. The atmosphere, the service and their ethic work overall SUCKS, you’re better off going anywhere else.. literally! As far as the receptionist, she needs to be fired as it’s not the first time she’s given problems/issues and from what the patients were saying, to them as well. She’s a problem to the patients and to the clinic itself, very disgusting person.. I’m sure her parents didn’t struggle in life from Mexico to have this attitude filled daughter working in the health care field with no care nor patience nor sensitivity to patients who come in for service."

"From the moment I walked through their doors, it was clear that this clinic had no regard for patient care or basic efficiency. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated by the abysmal treatment I received during my visit. First and foremost, the waiting time was beyond comprehension. I arrived at the clinic with an appointment, hoping to receive timely medical attention. Little did I know that I would be forced to endure hours of mind-numbing waiting, surrounded by other patients equally frustrated by the lack of organization. There was absolutely no regard for scheduling or respect for patients' time, and it felt as though my life was deemed inconsequential. When I finally managed to see a doctor, I had hoped for a thorough examination and a proper diagnosis. However, it became apparent that the medical staff were either overworked, underqualified, or both. The doctor barely glanced at my medical history, asked minimal questions, and hastily made a diagnosis without even attempting to listen to my concerns. It was a clear display of indifference, and I felt like just another number in their assembly line of patients. It was evident that the staff had no interest in providing quality healthcare and were merely interested in shuffling patients through as they pleased."
