"I needed an out of hours (after 8pm) urgent RT-PCR test for travel and wasn't having any luck with the places I googled. Total Health and Wellness came up in my search. To be honest, I thought it was a little dodgy but I was desperate so took the risk. Gave them my full credit card details over the phone,l and was then sent to some random building on 5th Ave at 9.45pm and told it would be closed and to call when I got there. The doctor let us in and took my test in the hall of the building. Was told I'd have the results back in 1 hour (I paid $395). After a few follow up calls and messages my results were emailed to me around 12.30am. I admit I was nervous it was a scam but checked the CLIA ID (that came on the PCR results report) on the CDC website and it all came up legit. I was able to check in for my Emirates flight from JFK to DXB with no issues. My report was accepted with no issues. The only reason for my 4 star review is that the report was emailed 2 hours later than I was initially told and when I was calling to follow up no one would answer at times."

"We were in a jam trying to get a covid PCR test quickly for an international flight. Jeffrey answered the phone, talked us through the registration process and scheduled our meet up with a very professional lab technician who met us outside (safer) and with all the necessary forms and proper protocols. Felt a but unconventional, but with NYC’s testing services maxed out, this worked perfectly. From start to finish within a few hours we had our certified results. Awesome service!!"
