"Dr. Harry Ramos is not only knowledgeable but he is a caring and understanding doctor. My family member, who has dementia, remarked about being so happy to have become Dr. Ramos’ patient. His bedside manner is calm, reassuring and compassionate not only for the patient but also for the caregiver."
"The woman at the front desk is disrespectful, inhumane, rude and in every way unfit to interact with human beings. She is also deliberately incompetent: she systematically overbooks the doctors so that the waiting time every single time I've been there is at least an hour and often two hours or more. My advise: go look for another practice until someone with a brain there wakes up and fired her."
"If I could post 0 starts I would. First of all I worked here fr almost two weeks as a medical receptionist/assistant I ask Lana the supervisor how much was she paying me per hour she says $11. After that I made up my mind that this job wasn't worth it for the amount of pay, I ended up quitting, I call multiple times in order to receive my paycheck she took more than a month to send it and when she did I was missing 23 hours that I work. I called and she stated that they don't pay for training. I told her at no moment did you state that when I first got hired, I don't work for free I have responsibilities and two children. This lady if you can even call her that is steeling employees money and billing patients insurance using codes that she's not supposed to or telling them they have a copay."
"I just moved from California and have 1 vaccine to be done and it turned out to be a mess. I came in 3 times, spent a lot of money and time which I used to do in 10min and $10 with my previous doctor. * first time for some nonsensical inspection, and doctor promised to send vaccine prescription to my pharmacy * 2nd time doctor forget to send prescription until i asked and i was invited to visit again. this time charging an outrageous $80 despite I have some of the best insurances around which typically gives $10-20 copay. * 3rd time came in for injection. And I was charged for copay 3 times at $80 each and every time I have to wait for 1-2 hours. It's ridiculous they are still in business. Avoid at all cost unless you like drama."
"First and foremost, this review has nothing to do with Dr. Taft (dermatologist). He gets 5+ stars and I hope to continue with him for a long time! I sincerely wish I could visit him at another office. That being said I encourage people to find another medical office. Unless you enjoy unnecessary adversity, stay away from this place. The person who handles billing is miserable and I believe that karma will catch up with her (if not all ready, maybe that's why she's so miserable). Not an ounce of customer service. She went out of her way to make it difficult and frustrating every step of the way. Even when she was in error, she did not apologize and continued to make it difficult for me to set up a payment plan to pay my bill. The receptionist I spoke to afterwards apologized for this person's behavior and hinted to me that this isn't the first time patients have had an issue with this employee. It always amazes me that with so many able and hard working people in this city, businesses still keep terrible employees like this person around. You should be good as long as your insurance covers all costs or you have the $ to just pay for whatever but if you're ever put on hold and have to talk to this person, be prepared to get pissed off."
