I used to really like them but this is not "concierge" service. No need to pay a membership fee to have a similar experience elsewhere without one."

"I have been with One Medical for 3 years (membership paid for my my current employer and previous employer) and I have no complaints. Every provider I have seen has been great across the 3 locations I've visited, namely, Chelsea, Park Slope, and this Midtown location. My current PCP is at this location and I've been seeing her for 7 months now and I am very happy with the care I've received especially with some recent medical issues I've been having. I do agree with a previous reviewer that response times are slower on the messaging portal than they have been in the past but they are much better than anything I've experienced with any of my other doctors. It used to be 24 hrs but now its more like 48-72 so keep that in mind. I can't really speak on reception since my interaction with them has been minimal. I do everything online so that when I get to the office all I need to give is my name. I've never had any issues with insurance billing & I've switched plans 3x since I've been with them."

"Was great, not so much now. I've been a member of One Medical since 2011 and they've been great for me, until last year. In the past, I'd receive a response from their Admin to an email within 24hrs, now I'm lucky if I even receive a response. I also use to receive a copy of any prescriptions sent to my PTs or for imaging, but not anymore. Before one appointment I received a message stating that I needed to update my insurance, which had not actually changed. I then tried to call to sought out the problem, but kept on receiving a message stating they had unusually long wait times. After the third attempt, I stayed on the line for 2hrs waiting, and then when I thought I heard someone pick up, I said Hello, and then was hung up on. I don't know what's changed since they've gone public, but whatever it is they need to fix it, as otherwise those customer retention rates are going to start dropping."
