"All I can say about One Medical is.... Aimee Erickson! If you have the privilege of having Aimee as your primary care provider, you are a lucky person. Aimee embraces and is the true definition of what care and compassion should look like in the medical field. She takes the time to connect with you and really listens. She thinks outside of the box and will be an advocate for you to get you healthy. She is a true gift to the medical profession."
"I went for my first visit for an annual exam and was not impressed at all. I work in the medical field and was shocked with my experience. Terrible customer service, unable or unwilling to answer questions about specific lab work and insurance questions. The bathroom was a mess with garbage from used swabs on the bathroom sink. Have not received blood work results in almost a week. Would not recommend."
"Terrible, terrible service. As a doctor myself, I would rarely write a review like this. This place is everything that’s wrong with our medical system. The way they work with insurance is unethical and discriminatory. I confirmed with my insurance to make sure my plan was in network with them and they still tried billing me and told me i am out of network. Impossible to get a juman on the phone. Extremely impersonal, corporate style service. It’s like speaking with a representative when calling Verizon. No thank you. That’s not what I want from my doctor’s office. I have zero trust and will definitely NOT be coming here and suggest you don’t either. Find a solid, private practice where you can be treated like a human being and not a number or statistic. There is literally a class action lawsuit against them because they try to leverage and charge you $200 to make it seem like they are special."
"Total scam. Low quality care - feels like they have the medical expertise of an urgent care clinic. The labs don’t take appointments and you can spend an hour waiting as a result. And poor customer service. Canceled my membership and went back to my normal doctor before my first year was even up."
"Sneaky bills, rude staff and customer service is virtually non-existent. They are more focused on the aesthetics of the office than patient care. I visited Dr. Polanco and while the appointment itself was ok… the service afterwards was a nightmare. Once I was provided with results they were ‘flagged’ and it was impossible to get in touch despite numerous efforts. It got to the point I went into the office to as a last resort. Finally someone called me and I was hit with a HUGE bill just for this call. Turns out, the ‘flag’ was not even a concern but an error. I have never left a negative review before as I feel everyone’s experience was different but this has been such a horrible experience I want to advise anyone to avoid."
