"I went to pick up an 86 year old neighbor. She doesn’t have a cell. I tried to call when I was on my way but I couldn’t get a human! It is so frustrating. The CVS pharmacy told me that they thought she was behind the door with the nurse. She had an A1C blood test. After 1/2 hour of waiting, I went to the Pharmacy again. They didn’t want to bother the nurse who was behind the door. After sensing I was about to go completely crazy, they called the nurse & confirmed she was indeed behind the door. BUT the machine that gives results right away was broken. Her test had to be sent to a lab. They said they would call with results in two days. There should be help for independent senior who don’t want or can’t afford technology! Or at least a way to speak to a human!"
"Bait and switch. They assure you the services will be billed through CVS pharmacy, but then run it through Minute Clinic, causing insurance nightmares."
