"Unsure what the negative reviews are about. I’m usually seen here by Eric, the staff does a great job, I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes. I think I usually pay 25-40 bucks with my insurance? If there’s ever an insurance issue I’ve been notified in advance. Eric is super professional and funny and has been doing a great job helping me with some crappy ear issues. This location also traditionally has weekend avail which not all of them have."

"Just recommending this office & Dr. Michael Geier, who is wonderful and was particularly helpful with a back issue I was experiencing - he was able to diagnose it and fix it all in one visit when I was worried about needing followups, specialists, etc. Truly a great doctor and I would highly recommend!"

"One Medical is a complete fraud. Beware, they do not charge like normal providers or urgent care centers for those with insurance. Best is to either visit a regular provider or urgent care center otherwise everything will be applied to your deductible - have never seen this, they charged $296 for a bandaid which obviously the insurance didn’t cover and OneMedical refuses to remove the charge"

"i used to work at Google, and the price transparency here is worse than the leadership transparency at Google. i was charged nearly $300 for a strep test. At the end of the visit (when the strep test came back positive), the doctor seemed pretty pleased with herself because she something to the effect of “oh maybe i’ll actually help someone today!”"
