"Please note that MOM makes patients pay a $150 deductible deposit fee EVEN if you have full insurance coverage with no deductible to pay. And they claim it is a deductible deposit that they refund when your insurance pays their company. I’ve never heard of this practice before and initially rated them 1 star because of this billing practice. Three stars because After writing my initial negative review and emailing Medical Offices of Manhattan about their billing practices, I was contacted by their Billing Support lead, Mary, who was extremely helpful in issuing me a refund. I appreciate the quickness of Mary’s response after my complaint. Again, the doctors @ MOM are pleasant and knowledgeable & I always appreciate a quick response to an issue on the customer service front."
