"Another patient wrote about their experience being billed for 2 different days of service and I experienced something similar - one 30 minute consult with a new patient and one 15 minute consult with an existing patient PLUS laboratory work) when all I received was a covid test (rapid and PCR). The total bill was $700. This is clearly a scam on their part, so therefore I cannot recommend."

"Huge shoutout to the Steinway Hope Medical Team for providing testing services ESPECIALLY on a holiday. I am a healthcare worker and needed to get tested and they were extremely accommodating and I got results so quickly!! Liz, Brian, Kyle and the lovely women who helped me while I was on line were so great, they all wore the proper PPE which included shields, gowns, masks and gloves and I saw them sanitizing and disposing between people which made me feel safe getting tested there. They were so upbeat and cheerful and I’m truly so thankful!! Good to know they exist in Astoria !!"
