"I made an appointment several months ago to see Dr. Poole- Disalvo for a follow up of our son, Jacob that was diagnosed last year. I made the appointment for April 13, 2016 at 3PM, and showed up with my wife and infant son at the clinic located at 505 E. 70th Street, 5th Floor. The receptionist said there was no appointment. I was shocked. I have been making appointments for doctors and dentists the last 6 months and this is the first time we were literally turned away, coming all the way from Brooklyn, NY and taking our son out of school early for this appointment. The receptionist scheduled us for August 3, 2016. My wife stormed out with my son upset so I had no time to speak to a supervisor. I then called and spoke to Brandi who said she will let me know if we can see the doctor earlier. Unfortunately, I did not take the name of the person who originally scheduled my son. Can you please have the courtesy to reschedule us at an earlier date. I emailed you but it got kicked back."
