My son has pneumonia and needed his doctor to follow up with his condition. My son is Eight years old and has been coughing a lot. We were taken in right away and the nurse took his vitals. Dr Cha came in asked all the questions about his condition in a very professional manner. I can tell it was a busy day in the office but she seemed concerned and took time to see my son and even wanted to follow up the following day. She made us feel heard and cared for."
