"We love Dr. Lozano but the staff lacks professionalism, attentiveness and have been rude most of the visits. They were going to turn my child away because I didn’t have cash copay but was willing to pay either with my debit of credit card. We have been patients there for 18 years. Mind you my child is type one diabetic! I was completely disgusted and turned off that they were turning us away for $10! A nice patient that was sitting there with her daughter gave me the $10 to pay for the copay ( a complete stranger) What an angel! Absolutely NOT acceptable!"

"This office doesn't work proper way at all. They always open late, every time we would have an appointment at 8 am they would open 8:15 am or even later, and doctor always late for hours, so you just have to wait all this time while she is away in the office. Last visit doctor was 1,5 late, we were late to preschool and I was late to work. Usually our appointments coming to 1,5-3 hours. Receptionists are always rude and unfriendly. Nurses are nice. Doctor always unfriendly and gives antibiotics absolutely for everything even when child doesnt need it. Completely unhappy and leaving this office"

"The staff in this office is horrendous. Receptionists will always give you an attitude. One time they wrote down that my daughter got a shot, but she did not get the shot. When we came back they did not want to give her the missing shot. I have been dealing with them for 3 weeks trying to get my child's records to transfer to another clinic and it seems I will have to wait 2 more weeks just because they "have a lot of records to send out". Very unprofessional. If you value good service for your children, must avoid this place!"
