"I used to love it here but customer service has gone down hill. The best manager and employees have left, and what's left is lacking greatly. I shop here multiple times a month, but since I am a regular it seems I no longer get good treatment, specifically from manager John. I waited for over 30 min today but was told he was too busy trying to make a big fish tank sale. It's sad that he is a money chaser instead of treating regulars well. Don't advertise timed events if no employee can run them. And find someone who doesn't make snide comments and has a temper issue to run your store."
