"The pharmacist named JV (spellcheck) is very rude and disrespectful to all customers. I had an appointment for my vaccine and was waiting over 1/2 hour. She is not attentive to anyone’s needs and believes she’s over everyone including the customers. She thinks she’s the supervising manager and refused to give me the name of the pharmacy manager when I asked her. She thought that she could “snap” at me, but I quickly put her in her place. As a former manager myself before I went into medicine, I see she IS NOT a team player and should not be working with the public. She needs to go into a new profession. I flat out refuse to shop or utilize this CVS for any pharmacy services until she is either reprimanded and a formal apology is given to me by the store or she is removed from the pharmacy for good. This pharmacy, is poorly run and understaffed…maybe if you hired adults to work for you in the pharmacy, you’d have better scores and reviews. Stop hiring children to do work that adults do."
