"My sister was under his care for end stage pancreatic cancer. He treated her with chemotherapy and radiation.. unfortunately she was not a candidate for surgery. I did not find that he showed much if any compassion. During her 2 years with him it was not his practice to call her and see how she was progressing or if she needed any services. His manner was … if they don’t ask he didn’t tell. Her last couple days under his care I had to demand that he give her pain medication. She cried for two days while his response was that he would refer a hospice nurse To assess and provide her pain needs. He finally called in the pain medication. Maybe he is knowledgeable in his field but I found him lacking compassion as he treated my sister with minimal interaction."
