"Frist i want to say that the PT staff and the office staff are all very pleasant. The PHYSICAL therapist who is in charge. Is really wonderful and works hard to help everyone. One thing the weather is really cold. Is there some way that you can let us inside in the building. Today is 26 degrees. This is dangerous for elderly to stay in the cold. Please help."
"I had a terrible experience with Thermodynamics. The office smelled terrible and when I asked the front desk administrator what was causing the smell, he said that there seemed to be a dead rat somewhere that couldn't be found and offered me a mask to help. After a couple of weeks, I called to see if the smell had been rectified and the person who took my call pretended he didn't know what I was talking about, then said that he thinks that an exterminator handled the problem but that he wasn't sure if I would think it smells, and then he hung up on me. If you don't mind being treated poorly and smelling the carcass of dead vermin, this place might work for you. But if you prefer to be treated with respect and honesty, I do not recommend Thermodynamics."
"My first time going to Physical Therapy and new to the experience. The location in Harlem at 131 street West 135 Street is convenient and the morning appointments work with my schedule. On my first day the staff (Jennifer & Ana) was polite and professional. The therapist (Shivani) had a consultation with me to identified the best treatments and exercises to do. *Overall this experience has been helpful and most beneficial for me in learning how to treat my problem areas in my everyday life."
