"App and customer service is TERRIBLE. I have insurance that covers me but they refuse to accept it. They eventually accepted it, but didn't tell me how to pay the co-pays. Never had any alerts on my accounts. They didn't make me put a card on file. One day, I get an email that my subscription is cancelled. I IMMEDIATELY panic. I figured out the bill was unpaid. Immediately paid. Once I go to resign up, I run into the same insurance problem of "not being covered". I confirmed again and again I am covered. I provided documents for them to confirm I'm covered. Phone number to confirm my insurance, chats to reference. The customer service is NON EXISTENT since you have to wait 1-3 business days for everything. FIX THIS."

Spent hours on the phone with insurance company and they swore it was covered. GO ANYWHERE ELSE especially if you need help now."
