"Sam is an amazing physical therapist! He helped me recover from both plantar fasciitis and IT band inflammation. I had been getting treated by a podiatrist for almost a year for plantar fasciitis and had gotten zero relief until I found Sam and started PT with him. And it has not recurred 3 years later due to the exercises he taught me to do. This past Fall 2023, I started having symptoms of IT band inflammation after a long training run. I got in touch with Sam and he was able to get me onto his schedule immediately. If it was not for his treatment I would not have been ready to run the NYC marathon a few weeks later. He even offered to meet me on the course if I needed treatment! I continued treatment for several weeks after the marathon and am now running again pain free. I continue to do the exercises and stretches he taught me to prevent recurrence. I highly, highly recommend working with Sam if you are looking for a physical therapist. In addition to providing treatment that works, he teaches patients how to strengthen and stretch at home to prevent further injury, he works with insurance companies to make copays affordable for patients, and he works with you to fit appointments into your schedule. I cannot recommend him highly enough."
