"Horrible experience. What a waste of time and money. I wanted to be seen by the doctor for a second opinion/consultation, but I was informed at the time of my appointment that the office doesn’t do that after someone from the office confirmed that they do days prior. The clinic doesn’t really care about women’s health or problems, I’m sure they just want to bill insurances for procedures and medications. Also, the place is extremely crowded, be ready to wait for hours!"

"Awful experience. Would NOT recommend. Office staff are horribly rude. Appointment wait is on average 4 hours only to speak to a PA for 2 mins. No MD to be seen. Most notably, the ultrasound staff is extremely harsh and very unprofessional. In my two appointments I had to wait 4 hours and in the second I had a procedure that could not be done because the poor organization and the waiting time was so long that I could not do it"

However, there is no excuse to be rude and show absolutely no compassion for your patients.The PA is the only friendly and professional staff I encountered throughout the whole experience, which is obscene especially in this field of medicine where matters can be sensitive."

"From start to finish I had a very pleasant experience. The girls at the front desk and intake were very warm and welcoming. And the doctor I saw was very attentive to my appointment. At no point did it feel rushed or impersonal. Would definitely recommend."

"The only compassionate person over there is the girl with the colorful hair in front desk. This is supposed to be a safe warm place for women. I felt like I was treated like an animal. There was no paper at the bathroom , nurses were rushing to leave and go on with their appointments. You are supposed to get some comfort when visiting your doctor. This profession should be done by caring people. Patients are not just their money. When I was about to leave I asked a young girl in the front desk about the results, since I get very stressed, and all she told me was call in two weeks.we don’t do that sorry, we don’t do that sorry. The funny part of the story is that my friend had also an annual exam that in another doctor’s office and her experience was so different. Just go somewhere else. I never leave reviews, but visiting your gynecologist is such a sensitive topic and women should have the care and respect they deserve."
