"I really wish I had the same experience as others here. The practice itself is really nice and I will likely come back to see another doctor. They see you on time, or even before your appointment. Overall, I had 2 instances where I noticed that my medical record was not reviewed prior to my arrival. As a result, I had to go through a doc that didn't know I was in to make sure my MMC had passed completely and instead asked me excitedly to be ready to hear a HB, and then didn't know I had been to her before on my second pregnancy. Both of these instances could've easily been avoided if my medical record had been reviewed 5 mins before entering the room. Instead, I had to endure 2 awkward instances where I felt like I didn't really matter, and was just another patient of the mill."

The staff were super friendly, from the reception desk to the med techs and phlebotomist. Dr. Kramer is exceptional. She answered all questions, was thorough and kind.
