"I love this office, I've only ever been to this Centre street location and will travel out of my way just to see Dr. Gerlach. I have nothing but good things to say about this office and staffing. The office is very clean and bright, there is enough seating to comfortably and safely wait before seeing the doctor. The front desk Moon is always so sweet and patient when greeting/helping, I already feel very comfortable just coming in. The medical assistant Teri is always professional and listens carefully to my visit reasons or concerns, she is very thorough. Dr. Gerlach is clearly very knowledgeable and sooo nice. She is gentle and listens carefully, she clearly explains my options and gives suggestions that I can follow. I never feel rushed or like I'm taken advantage of, this office is great. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment if you haven't found a regular Obgyn yet!!"

"I wouldn’t recommend DR Jenny. I seen her on a Tuesday evening, before rushing me out because the waiting room was crowded. I assumed she wanted to see everyone that was there for her. she told me I was 35 weeks pregnant and everything was fine. The following Thursday I lost my baby she had no answers or explanation. The autopsy came back and my baby was full term 40 weeks. She definitely didn’t take my pregnancy serious. Watch out for her she comes off as this sweet concern lady."

"I used to love this office bc they seemed to be much organized than the other locations. I had my first child with them, and was happy. However now I’m experiencing over one hour at least for the past two times I was here for routine checkups. (During COVID-19). There’s always so many people in the waiting room at the same point of time almost no way to social distance. I love my doctor here but I will start looking for another OBGYN."
