"I've been seeing Dr. Mulligan for many years: she's been thorough, attentive, clear, well-informed, up-to-date about women's health, and, yes, personable and caring. I'm now 74, and gynecologically healthy, a state that I can attribute to Dr. Mulligan's care over these many years. (I've seen two others before Dr. M., one of whom has been listed in "Best Doctors." I loved her until I realized that information about the effects of removing a parathyroid tumor upon early menopause had not been adequately communicated.) About the staff: Rude? That's not been my experience. I always get call backs with pertinent information and courtesy at the desk."

"Just like the comment below about Dr. Mulligan’s staff I am in 100% agreement that her front desk person is extremely rude and does not show any courtesy. There is no customer service or support. Other than that Dr. Mulligan is great. I’ll be finding another doctor due to their rudeness, lack of support and short business hours. She should find another front desk person. "Terrible and dangerous experience. Went here for years and never had any unusual needs. Staff was always kind of rude but it didn’t seem like a reason to switch providers and Dr. Mulligan always seemed rushed but knowledgeable. That changed when I had a cyst rupture (which i now know can be life threatening) and i called the office. I had to call 3 times over the course of 7 hours. Her staff was dismissive, saying i hadn’t been to see the doctor recently so i wasn’t really a patient of hers. as a young healthy woman, i only go to the gyno every couple of years and there was a pandemic happening. i assumed it was just the staff being terrible as usual. but after i didn’t get a call back, i called again and the doctor finally came on and started the conversation with the same accusatory statements. They essentially shamed me for not practicing proper sexual health before even listening to my symptoms. I was scared and cried when i hung up the phone. Got the help I needed elsewhere."
