Received a date of more than 2 weeks away and was told they’d have to call me back if I wanted an earlier appt. when her office called me back they told me I needed to see an OB not a gyn and to go to the directory to find one. As a patient of Dr. Matamala’s I found this unprofessional and uncaring. The least they could have done recommend an OB to me but it was clear they could care less. Won’t be returning to her due to this cold behavior."
