"I do not recommend at all. I went in for my annual exam and although I booked with Dr. Sonia Kim, I actually met with a PA who was under Sonia Kim's supervision. Both of them get 0/10 from me. My HPV annual lab exam was cancelled and Dr Sonia Kim did not reach out to me, neither did the PA. I sent several messages via the patient portal to Dr Sonia Kim and I did not receive a response on there either. You can call the office every single day for hours on end and no one answers the phone. I do not recommend AT ALL. 0/10. FINAL UPDATE: Garden OBGYN did not provide the results for my annual exam and as a result, I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT THE ABNORMAL PRE CANCEROUS CELLS IN MY CERVIX until I visited another OBGYN. I JUST had surgery to remove these cancerous cells that WERE MISSED BY GARDEN OBGYN. DO NOT COME HERE. Third update: A year later and I never received the results for my annual exam. The most disgraceful thing is that this office regularly sends me bills for Dr. Sonia Kim, who I NEVER even saw, but they want to make sure they receive payment for an exam that I never even received results for. I recently saw another OBGYN who suggested that I have an abnormality biopsied. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT EARLIER, HAD THIS FACILITY ACTUALLY PROCESSED MY ANNUAL EXAM AND PROCESSED VERY INVASIVE SAMPLES COLLECTED FROM MY BODY AS EXPECTED INSTEAD OF CANCELLING MY LABS WITH NO EXPLANATION. THIS PRACTICE IS FRAUDULENT and should be INVESTIGATED. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, DO NOT COME HERE. SECOND UPDATE: I have sent MULTIPLE emails to the email address provided by the site and have not received a single response. I have sent multiple messages to DR SONIA KIM via the patient portal and received no response on there as well. I also NEVER got the results for the VERY INVASIVE annual exam that I went in for, but they MADE SURE to send a bill to my house! DR SONIA KIM and this entire practice is really a disgrace. No results on the patient portal, no results when I call the office, but a bill is sent to my house....I HAVE TO LAUGH!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Update: A month later and still no results or explanation as to why the labs appear as "cancelled" on my Patient Portal. By the grace of God I got through to a receptionist who claimed she would "call the lab and get back to me". She never got back to me. I also sent several more messages via the Patient Portal to Dr.Sonia Kim and I received no response. This place really does suck, all these people care about is billing the patient. I have sent several emails to the email address provided by the "owner" below and I have not received a response to any of those emails either. Truly pathetic. This was a complete waste of my time. I am now forced to go somewhere else to have this extremely invasive annual exam performed by professional that actually cares about their patient. Please, for the sake of your time and your health, go somewhere else. Original Review: I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here at this GYN. I went in for my annual exam and made sure to ask about the Patient Portal before the end of the visit. Thank goodness that I did because it was there that I was able to see that most labs were cancelled and no one ever reached out to notify me. I have been calling for a week straight and no one answers the phone or responds to my voicemails. I have even sent a message to the provider via the Patient Portal and no one responds on there either. This is unbelievable. I have an abnormal test result and no one reached out about that. I really do not recommend this location."

"Waited 2 hours to be seen. The Dr was short with me. Took 4 weeks to get pap results and they were not even able to do a biopsy in their office. The bathrooms are dirty and small. Avoid at all cost!"

"My annual visit with Dr. Kim was one after another nightmares. 1. I made an appointment with Dr. Kim via ZocDoc and did not realized she was in the 51st office until I arrived here. 2. After they noticed the mistake, they booked the same day for me in the 51st office, I had to travel and I was in the waiting room for almost one hour before I saw Dr. Kim. I had to remind the front desk receptionist that I was there. 3. I was not pregnant, but was asked for a urine sample and told that was one of my annual that would be covered as my annual, but after one month, I received a bill from labcorp for the urine sample. 4. I received another bill from the office for my annual check not knowing what that is for. 5. I called them to ask about my annual check result, the operator said Dr. Kim will call me back, after a few weeks, I still have not heard from her. 6. I sent a message to Dr. Kim on patient portal a week ago, she did not reply to me, therefore, I still don’t know my annual check result. Very disappointed!"

"I scheduled an appointment specifically with Dr. Kim and when I showed up she wasn't there. I wasn't given a reason for her absence, nor an answer to why she would accept an appointment on a day she wasn't in the office. All I got from the receptionist was "yeah, I know, it's not supposed to happen". To add insult to injury, the front desk people said they called me to let me know - I asked when, turns out it was 6 minutes before I walked through their door. It's difficult enough to find time for dr visits, arrange time off work, commute into the city, etc, without having your time so flippantly disrespected."
