"Lady at the front desk is so rude. told her its my first time there & she just yelled at me to give her my last name, with attitude. This was February 3rd 10:30AM , Lady on the Right desk. Definitely not welcoming at all. Never recommending this place."

The receptionists, vet techs, and the vets are all very patient and friendly. Dr. Kessler and Dr. Joe are our favorite - they both take the time to explain to us and listen to our concerns. "I brought my two pugs here after trying MANY vets on the island. I have NEVER been met with such hospitality and care and knowledge! Dana was PHENOMENAL and so so knowledgeable. I truly felt listened to and heard, and my pets health and care was put first. One of my dogs is 6 and Dr. Kessler was able to tell me things NO OTHER VET has ever noticed in his 6 years of life and MANY vet visits. He was so thorough and truly examined every inch of my dogs. I’m so happy, and I will absolutely be returning. I have found my new vet!!!"
