"If possible I would give a Neg 1star I came to look at the apartments recently an it looks NOTHING like the pictures posted! I saw a mouse in the hall an roaches in the apartment that was looked at, hallways smell old an molded ! I saw mold in an exit area I have asthma so the smell is Very apparent for me.the person who left the one review named Celeste is the proper manage. An if I'm not mistaken Filip Stern is one of the owners . The pictures posted are from the airb&b. This is def NOT the place for ME! Don't even get me started about the so called concierge who was very rude and disresptful"
"Moved in June 1st...the apartment was beautifully renovated.I haven't had any major issues,the few minor things were fixed immediately.There is Always work going on and I'm so happy to be in a building this size with management that cares.Everyone that works here has been so friendly...I'm so glad I made the decision to move here..The balconies are also an added bonus."
"I recently moved in and couldn't be happier. The location, view, and new renovations are beautiful. My new kitchen is a dream!! New ownership has really turned these apartments around including pleasant and responsive staff. Having security around the clock has brought me such a peace of mind :)"
"Recently came in to take a tour of a unit and was absolutely stunned by the upgrades made. Lobby was very welcoming, and so was the staff. Great pricing for fully renovated spacious units with beautiful views no matter which side your on."
"New owners as of April and it’s never looked better ! The amount of work and dedication put into the building and their tenants is amazing and doesn’t go unnoticed! Renovated units look great and the ocean views are just stunning. Location is just a few blocks from the beach and ocean casino. Even the exterior is being transformed."
