"My husband and I stayed for a special occasion. We come once a year and never a problem. This year we stayed with them again and it was awful our tub baked up from the jets..After I was already in it gross. Being a woman you should understand. Patrica Molly Director of house keeping said she would look into the situation and get back us. Our stay was in January we are still chasing her around as well as the hotel. No answers. DO NOT STAY HERE. Sanitation is horrific! Communication with directors and Management is impossible. They do not answer you and for what we paid we deserve an answer!!"
"Staying here, you are right on the boardwalk, so close to many casinos and very easy to walk the boardwalk. The rooms are comfortable and even spacious enough, even with a efficiency with bathroom. Very clean and friendly staff as well. Great place to stay and a great location in Atlantic City."
"My first visit & it won't be my last. O was in town for a week long conference & I enjoyed my stay. My room was a clean studio with an amazing view, a full size refrigerator and all the amenities needed for the week including a coffee maker, blender & dishwasher."
"This place is TERRIBLE!!!!! The rooms have roaches and bed bugs and the carpet smells horrible. The outside of the hotel looks beat down and it’s what you would call “the hood” that’s why it’s SO cheap. The rooms are super basic and the dining room chairs have rips in them. When you ask for a room change front desk gives you a hard time because u want a different room twice because both rooms were smelly and not up to par. I would NOT recommend staying here. It’s A LOT they try to hide, it’s just ghetto, roach and bed beg infested. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!"
"They put us in a handicapped room. It was really inconvenient for someone not in a wheelchair. The entire place smelled like pot in spite of it being smoke free. The real problem was that a few of the employees smelled like pot in the elevator and when the were resetting adjacent rooms. All in all the room was nice enough. The staff was pretty much in their own little world and not very attentive. The timeshare pitch was a two hour waste of time. They took too long and handed us off to too many "managers" who kept offering us cheaper offers. This sales technique went out in the 90's. The location was good. They can do better, especially with service, but honestly most of the bars restaurants and casinos in AC seem to have given up as well"
