"My review is attributed directly to the customer service that I received today which has declined significantly. I've been taking my children here for several years and I've never experienced a problem until today. I've been attempting to call for almost 3 hours, more than 20 times. I get that you're busy but what further exacerbates the problem are the staff members that do eventually answer the phone before placing me on hold and eventually hanging up on me. You don't give people the opportunity to even speak and every word you utter is in spanish so I had no idea what's being communicated. I get that u deal with a large hispanic demographic but you guys need to be mindful that not everyone is fluent in spansh. You should learn to be inclusive. I had to wait an entire month for my children to be seen and now, all I need are their Physical exam forms. This was available through the portal the last time when I needed it for them but now I have no idea how to retrieve it or request it through the portal. Time is of the essence and they need it for school by the end of the week. Something so simple to acquire will now require me to leave work early just to go in person to request one. I'm fuming right now. I hate leaving bad reviews but this really needed to be said. You guys need to do better."

"I absolutely love Dr. Gamundi! She has been amazing with all 6 of my children.. Unfortunately my kids are grown up and only one still visits the clinic. Our last experience was great especially Evelyn she is great dealing with people."

"Dr. Pena is phenomenal! We have been going to her Pediatrics for four years now. She is extremely knowledgeable with the latest understanding of medical discoveries and advances. She is also excellent with patients and capable of explaining complex medical diagnosis with clear terminologies. She one time looked at my son’s blood result and told me it meant “he was very well-fed”. We treasured her words dearly and often recalled it with fondness. She is careful in making referrals in order to make sure my son is fully examined for all needs. We are very grateful for her expertise! Her office is kept very clean and she has good staffs. She is a Christian and believes in the Lord. Thus, her office has many beautiful quotes that comforts and encourages every person walking into the clinic. May God bless her and her service always!"
