"We are getting more and more disappointed with the clinic services that include the front desk, office manager and the doctors. It seemed like they are ALWAYS the KING of this clinic while they provide patient and customer services. They rushed me over the phone without letting me finish descripting my kid's situation. One of the doctors in charge was so rude while we requested to fill  out the PFML form. Additional hard time while we requested to fill out a physical examination form NYC education department and that's urgent for an evaluation. They alway bring up the "Office Policy" to give patients extra hard times. If this is just a regular check up, it should have no problem with this clinic. Since different things happened, we had a very difficult time dealing with this clinic's staff and doctor. We appreciate the doctor and staff services in the past many years, but please remember to be nice, kind, patient and try to help the patients instead of ALWAYS saying this is the office policy to avoid helping people. If you care about your business, please train yourselves and your staff well. Nobody deserves any attitude from you!"

"Dr. Kuo is my 8 years old and 5 years old daughters’ pediatrician. They sees Dr. Kuo since they were 5 days old. She is a doctor who really cares about her patients and practices medicine in children properly. I am a pharmacist myself, I’m very glad she doesn’t randomly over prescribed antibiotics and cough medication for kids when they don’t need. Our family are always very excited to meet Dr. Kuo for their annual physical. Our children are always very happy after seeing her with positive comments and encouragement. There are so many good characters about Dr. Kuo! One time my older daughter broke her chin on the edge of the window, it was deep, most doctor would just sent her to emergency room. But Dr. Kuo had the skill and compassion to perform a minor surgery for my daughter to save her from getting the surgery from a resident in hospital. Her chin looks perfectly now without scar! We need more doctors like Dr. Kuo in our community!"

"Multiple doctors from this clinic didn’t catch my scoliosis for 18+ years even when I suspected it and told them during several checkups throughout high school. Now I need to see a chiropractor for the rest of my life. Thanks for not believing me."

"Dr. Kuo saw my 9mo daughter when I rushed her inside their offices with an allergic reaction. They were the nearest doctor and they were almost closed and we just happened to be nearby. She sat with her in the lobby and took great care of her. The whole staff was lovely and we are incredibly thankful to them."

"I don't often comment on google But this clinic is ridiculous! I took my newborn baby to this clinic for blood test! But they made a mistake and lost One of the reports from blood results. They said to be pumping once again! That pissed me off already! And then the second time visit i told the doctor that the baby has breathe loudly! The doctor said it's normal for newborn baby not even try to find out the problem! Once I got home checked baby's nose. The boogers were stuck inside! "REALLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC" and I'm gonna to change other clinic asap!"
