"I lived here for 2 years and outside of the doormen, It was an awful experience. I had flooding issues out of both of my HVAC units that destroyed one of my TVs and my PC which I was never compensated for. I paid for a parking spot which was nice at first until they decided it was OK to park behind me and block my spot which made getting in and out difficult. I talked to management and the super about it in the first year of my lease and they said they will make a spot for the super closer to the wall but they did nothing. When I brought up the issue again they just said the super needs a place to park and I basically have to just deal with the inconvenience which was unacceptable to me. I'm paying a premium for the convenience. Dealing with construction noise from their commercial unit directly below me at off hours was awful as well. They would start construction before 7AM on weekends which is illegal. I would raise the issue with management and get the generic apology for the inconvenience and that they will pass it over to upper management. Nothing was ever addressed so I had to file noise complaints with the city. Goose management is the absolute worst to deal with and probably a good idea to avoid their buildings at all costs."

"We lived here for almost 3 years, we didn't had mayor issues, management was responsive when needed. The best part of bevel are the adorable people that are in the front desk and the porters ♥️ made amazing friends that are now family and we will definitely miss this place."

"Do not move in here. We are leaving this apt end of this month. The management will send brokers to your place without notice or schedule to show the apartment. Felt very unsafe"

"Pros - 1. The neighborhood has amazing grocery stores & subway lines. 2. Slightly cheaper rent. They offer solid deals all the time. 3. Plenty of closet spaces. Cons - 1. The apartment gets unusually cold during winter because wind seeps through floor to ceiling windows. 2. Poor onboarding experience - I had to wait for my apartment to be fully painted for 4+ hours after the scheduled move-in time. 3. Occasional flooding issues 4. Poorly designed amenity space. I used the gym regularly but they could've done a better job with its rooftop, party room in the basement, gaming room. 5. They charged more than 4 dollars for each laundry run. That's not normal. My current apt charges 2.35 for using the exact same machine."

"Building was out of water without notices for 2 days, then out of water for 3 days with a last minute notice, then out of water again for another 3 days. All outages were within 30 days. Management did nothing and kept ignoring calls. Multiple cases of laundry bags got stolen. Likely by a temporary maintenance worker. Goose Management is absolutely not qualified."
