"I wish I can give 0 star, this company is a scam, Diane & Maia are thieves and liars, We rented the apartment from a previous company, We were paying $2150 for two bedrooms, When Ridgetop bought the building the first year the rent went up by $300 , they were flood and leak in the building , the furniture & appliances are cheep and not functional. The management refused to replace the AC units in the apartment as a result of that floors were damaged, every year they rise the rent at least by $250 with zero amenities ,you have at least 10 new buildings with state of the arts amenities. Please DO NOY RENT FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, if you see RIDGETOP RUN AWAY"
"Lived here for a year and was sad when I had moved out. The building was quiet and I never heard the neighbors above or next to me. I had friends over constantly for parties and football games and not once did I receive a noise complaint. The walls are nice and noise resistant and the ceilings are higher than one would expect. I had seen the place prior to moving in and the previous tenant trashed it, so I was apprehensive to sign the lease at first. I was shocked at how clean and new all the appliances were when I moved in. It looked like it was brand new. Never had any issue's with parking, as spots are assigned and there are 4 spots in front of the building and the rite aid parking lot across the streets I had many friends use when staying over with no issue. My dryer broke 2 times, and both times I contacted the manager Jhonny (awesome guy) and Pius the maintenance guy was always there the next day. Only other issue was my apartment was facing the train station on the 4th floor and we would hear the train run pretty frequently. I found that keeping the fan on helped drown it out. Would move back if I was able to"
"We are literally counting down the days until our lease expires. The only pro is that the outside of the building looks nice. And that is where it stops. This is the cheapest building I have ever lived in. You can hear your neighbors footsteps and every cough and sneeze, every conversation and every toilet flush or shower they take. The hallway carpet is filthy. Every time it rains the whole building starts to leak. Pipes have burst in my apartment 3 times! Each time they had to knock down the wall, spend days repairing and replacing the wall. This caused me to miss several days of work, not to mention I didn’t have access to my kitchen or bathroom. Water in our kitchen doesn’t work and we never had hot water in our bathrooms. AC unit in my bedroom never worked. Heating unit in my living room kept breaking down. Maintenance only responds to issues late at night and never actually fix anything. They just make up a bunch of excuses as to why they can’t fix the issue and never return. The building manager lives on another planet. I could speak to him about something simple and he would still have to run it pass his director. I finally started speaking with the director instead of him and she is a total nightmare! The director is the rudest, most disrespectful person I ever encountered, and will yell at you if you have a simple request. They allow people to rent out their apartments to sketchy strangers and use them as boarding homes. The parking garage is filthy and always wet and flooded. Random people park in my parking space and all management could do was put a note on their cars. Neighbors also “accidentally” took my packages numerous times. There is NO visitor parking. The rent is high and there is no concierge or amenities. The gym is pitiful. Do not move here. Do not waste your time. Save yourself a year worth of headaches and drama."
